“Which software key is right
for me?”		 Our software is available with either of the keys you see below depending on the type of connection you want or need to make. Many of the older computers do not support USB and don’t have USB ports installed. Look in the back of the computer(s) you intend to use for your singers. You will almost always find a parallel printer port and with the newer computers, you will find USB connections. If your computer only has 1 or 2 USB connections, then choose KSFCBV because you may want to use your only USB connections for a printer and a USB compatible wireless network card (if you choose to run this as a wireless station). If you need to change the key type at a later date, there is a $10.00 charge.
Select this key if your singer's computer does NOT have any USB ports.

contact our Sales Dept. @ (301) 476-4469		 Almost all computers (except for some of the newest ones) have a parallel printer port. These ports have a 25-pin connector and are also known as: LPT1

Use this key for many of the older computers that may not have USB ports installed. This key is transparent to your computer and you can still connect a regular (not Dymo) printer through this connection.
   
Select this key if your singer's computer has EXTRA USB ports.
